On the wheel part ---
If you're referring to the wheel not being straight relative to the strut, honestly, I don't know. Hehehehe.. :D
I just based that on the 3-view drawings from the Luft46 site. I also found it a bit strange. Maybe the original designers didn't want to induce uneven wear on the wheels. Silly though... saving a few reichmarks on tires vs. replacing the struts whenever it breaks due to stress.
Another possibility is --- since this design never got into production, they would probably not have known the gear would be a problem. I'm sure they'd make some changes/refinements once the front gear breaks after a couple of test flights.
