Hi all:

I have been in a real modeling slump for the past 6 months, but last weekend I printed out this FG model of the Portland Head Lighthouse in Portland Maine, and forced myself to build it. I have been meaning to build it since we visited it last summer. Hopefully this will break me out of my paper modeling dolderums.

Its all stock with the exception of the little pointy bit on the top and the round ball underneath it. I havent glued it down to the base yet, as I dont know if I want to use the stock base it comes with. It is the smaller version (not sure of the exact scale) and took a little bit more than a couple hours over two nights to complete.

Nuthin fancy, but I think its kinda cute!
