Points balancing are dependent of rules. I already have a point system that I'm twicking as rules change. As soon as we have the basic rules set in stone, I'll put out the point system for you to review, beat up, etc.
For Hecate I also see the carrier but not an ultra light fighter, but an attack bomber.
For the humans a frigate and a Battleship seems perfect.
