Well, time to resurrect this project. Finally got up the motivation to finish it. The beta build was completed (it's not pretty though) and everything fits so I'm going to go ahead and release it as a waterline model (strk, that's your cue!) and see what happens. It's big, but simple, and in my opinion would be a great way to get someone into the hobby. Virtually no curves and nothing in the way of complex shapes! Biggest issue is figuring out how to make all those giant flat sheets STAY flat, but the beta has held up very well over the past couples months so I guess I got it right.
