Lookin' good, Don! I'll try and keep a close eye on this one. The wing spar looks mighty solid!

Don, your NYP-1 looks coming up nicely!

I happened to watch that movie a few weeks ago and I loved it. I especially liked it when he flew around a fishing boat asking directions.

Doing a great job there Don! Trying to imagine flying across the Atlantic alone in that airplane... Lonely and determined; sitting in a lawn chair no less.

BTW, I always wondered where Grandma's old wooden clothes pins went. I see that someone put them to good use!

Don, since you mentioned silk thread specifically, is this type of thread preferable to your average, everyday thread? I know that when painting the garden variety thread, it gets all lumpy and such. Silk no?

Don,
Looks pretty good. Silver/metalized paper is difficult to work with but you mangaed to avoid any dents/finger marks on the fuselage. What's your secret? I thought about using cotton gloves but I much preffer to work with bare hands...

This is my first look at your aircraft work Don. That image of the engine and prop in your first post got my attention. Excellent.
