I always enjoy your builds I often fallow them on other forums. Your Blog is also very good, lots of good information.

This is a photo of a model that I used "Tissue Paper" to make the small canvas cover.
I'm thinking that tissue paper does not translate. This is the paper that you would wrap a present in before you put it into the box. very thin but can hold ink and is easy to shape.

For this model I found the camouflage pattern for a German half tent and using a drawing program expanded the size and scale. I taped the tissue paper to 67lb (110gsm) paper and ran it through my printer.
