Thank you for bringing this up! It is an issue that needs addressed.
I too have had this happen to me, several times.
Why? At issue is a thread I would have rated a 1, said I had rated it a 5 star. It was the first time I read the thread. It is also the last time I'll read it.
Finding more and more threads that seem to need a 1 star rating. I would like to be able to rate them as such.
Other threads start out ok, but soon drop off to a 1 star.
Why isn't it possible to rate them more than once?
