This rocket was designed to test the stability of placing three sets of stabilizer fins along the fuselage.
Rocket turns into a glider that keeps climbing and stalling until it gets stuck in a 75ft tall tree. Model was at the 20ft level and was real easy to dislodge with a 2"x4"x8" board and a long rope tied around the middle.
Threw 2x4 over the limb and then pulled down on it to "spring" the model free.
Photo shows rocket on the ground before test flight. Notice the three sets of fins along the fuselage. Other rocket shown uses tubes instead of fins.
