This issue extremely made me mad for a while, after I introduced the latest 2011 version for PM but I found that someone might rated me for whatsoever score but it appeared that it was rated only 1 single star. After I read this thread so I found that it might have some errror with the computer system so please kindly correct it because some kids might get this problem and consider that there is some unfair vote for their works.
