I've not been a member here long enough to have known Ron as some here clearly did.
What I've seen though, is how his gifts and talents have been part of a fabric, weaving all members here into what others ( and I hope I'm forgiven for borrowing their phrase) have described as a family.
I've read many of the threads Ron either started or contributed to, and was deeply moved by "Boats" (Aka deckape)'s genuine warmth to his friend of many years, and by Ron's sister Shirl having signed on to personally thank those who offered variously prayers and condolences.
To Shirl, and Ron's Family, I offer Condolences and Respects at Ron's passing.
To the members here, my sympathies for the loss of your dear friend and in many ways mentor to several. Also to the members here: My Deep and Profound Respects to you all for your manifest Compassion to Ron and his Family.
