After a long long long haitus, I finally got to resume work on this model.
But I'm afraid I have some bad news. I reviewed the stuff I've done on the fuselage. I realized that I had to pour in a lot of effort just to finished the darned fuselage. In other words, I think I over engineered the design of the fuselage.
Although I think I managed to capture the gentle curves of this bird, it was just not fun to build.
Hence I decided to do a reboot.
But I didn't want to leave the fuselage unfinished without the wings and the butterfly tail.
So here it is:
I'll need some time to rethink on how to simplify the design and still retain those nice curves.
