Scaling Question

I wish to build the model of the Polikarpov I-16 type 24 scale 1:33 which is available as a free download from the Modele Kartonowe website.
<http://www.modele-kartonowe.com/>

My problem is that the files are set up to print on (I think it's) A4 paper which is longer than the US letter size I normally use. I have run into this problem before and often there is enough margin to squeeze the printing onto the paper but not this time. I can buy larger sheets and cut them to size but that seems a bit of an hassle and I'd have to switch paper with unknown results.

I can reduce the size to fit my paper but then the model is no longer at the correct scale. This wouldn't bother me a whole lot; it's still big enough for me to build it, but I'd like to hear some ideas about how important the model be at the exact scale as designed (or any exact scale for that matter.)

What do you do?
