Here's my latest WIP: a 1/96 SeaLaunch Zenit rocket designed by Mark Lardas.
The kit goes together easily so far. The interstage truss was a bit of a pain, but my workaround was to just cut it from a single sheet of photo paper rather than backing it with the gray kit part. I then painted both the exterior and interior with a mix of acrylic paints. The small rocket nozzles on the second stage are plastic pieces scrounged from the spares box; I still can't produce cones
that small!
