I don't know of any other vector program that is more user friendly per say, but I would think since I am used to Photoshop, that Adobe Illustrator would be easy for me to learn/use.....but the only hurdle for me is to get the money to buy it.

I guess sometime I need to make another one. Inkscape's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
It really doesn't even take that much time, I just don't have the time. I just got back from a three-day ferry flight with a customer in an RV-6A (very fun airplane, BTW) with no laptop with me.
I'm still working on turning the L-1 Aaron did for me into vector in Inkscape so I can create my own recolors.
