Yes. You can draw a line that matches the scaled size of something on the drawing and then resize the drawing until the object's length matches the line. Then everything cuts the correct size. In this case the drawings have a scale along the bottom so it was easy.
Then just draw over the plan in hairline and send what you've drawn to the cutter. Quick and easy. The body of the gun was produced in card stock within minutes after I found the drawings on the web.
