She is an impressive sight and well worth a visit although there is some debate as to the current method of display Cutty Sark restoration makes clipper appear 'airborne' complain naval historians - Telegraph
As well as the Cutty Sark you have the Greenwich Maritime Museum,The Greenwich Royal Observatory and Greenwich Royal Park and a great day can be had there. The Greenwich Foot Tunnel next to the Cutty Sark is an interesting example of Victorian engineering and is also worth a visit.Sadly Sir Francis Chichester's Gypsy Moth IV is no longer on display next to the Cutty Sark and the Naval College is no more however the buildings are still very impressive.
I spent a lot of my youth there as my father was very much a Tall Ships lover.I was also lucky enough to have the TS Arethusa moored nearby at Upnor. She has now be given her original name of Peking and is moored in New York.
