There *is* a free paper model of a bigger WW2 Japanese destroyer class, at
???????????????? - ????1/350???????????????
However, it is in late war configuration, with the twin 5" X turret (supposed to be) replaced by more antiaircraft guns. It wouldn't be too hard to run a second copy for the 3rd turret and mount it where it was.
And you'll have to 50% reduce it to 1:700 and cut away the full hull.
I actually think my Shigure looks better, even if it isn't colorized: look at the break lines in the Yukikaze hull, for example, and my Shigure prototype was 1:350 too.
I plan on doing a Yukikaze ... or Fubuki with the 3x3 (as opposed to Y's 2x4) Long Lance torpedo tubes ... but no time soon. Lots of other beauties to seduce (into models, and like a woman every ship is beautiful in her own way).
