Ken, had a suggestion: to avoid the black outline of the white parts, perhaps make an option of printing a mirror-image, that way you could cut out the parts on the line, then turn them over so only virgin white shows.
BTW, how many pages is this likely to be? Wondering if I should make a bulk purchase of card and ink .

Does anyone have a replacement source for Red River paper?
