No. 75, Gary Pilsworth's Westland Wyvern, originally at 1/48, is now up the stage.
Thanks again to Gary for designing this special aircraft that is fun to build in its original
or reduced scale of 1/200. Though not for beginners, this bird isn't too hard to build.
It's such a colourful plane with eye-catching markings and the red prop cone is very attractive.
Must admit that the most tedious is the wing tanks. Hope you'll enjoy the pics.
BTW, it is available as a free download on this forum.
Go to Aviation/Military/Cold War page and you'll find it.
The last two pics show the Wyvern with the Gannet as a pair.
A few more will be joining to become a group of RN planes.
As Gary said, keep it British.........at least for now.
