Thanks again for all the nice comments. They are appreciated, as are all the suggestions to improve the end results.
Here are pictures of the final product that I finished last night. No real issues with the final details. The only thing I could warn about is the wrapper for the headlight assembly is a touch short. since the seam is at the bottom this is not really a big deal.
