Getting a little done on this one.
I chose a darker gray to paint the back of the canopy. Unfortunately, this is that MM paper that's frays on the cuts. I usually just use a gray marker for the edges, but these were bad enough to use paint on;
I'm not cutting out the rear cone frame until I'm sure I've got the shape of the clear plastic right.
Test fitting some of the wings and finding out that this paper doesn't like to bend, just crinkle. But now that I'm aware of it, I think I can manage a decent rolled edge.
The diagrams are a little vague on procedure. I would have thought doing the cockpit interior would be first up, but the exterior canopy is numbered first in the kit. I need to sort that out before I go too far.
The pilot's seat is pretty basic. Lots of room for finer detail on this one!
