I think I'll keep the dowels,.. Although I could roll paper to the same size,.. Dowels are an easier way out. Plus once painted no one will know. ;-) they look oversized but this particular warhammer tank is supposedly made from scrap and the drive wheels have sprockets on the outside that are chunky,.. Most of my reference shows the dowels type part to stick out like that.
