I think this has already been posted on this forum, a repoosting does not hurt much other than using up a few electrons and a little disk space.
Celluclay mixed with a little water and a couple of squirts of water soluble glue makes a good paper paste and putty, if you would rather buy pre made paper powder, rather than grind your own.
You can also make paper modeling paste by running shredded news paper or junk mail and a little water through a kitchen blender. Adding glue, or rice flour in warm water will make it sticky and more durable when it dries.
If you are not the "kitchen boss", consider getting a flea market or thrift shop blender of your own. And remember to hold the blender lid down to prevent a paper mache geyser.
