You hit the nail on the head...its not about a dislike for plastic or any other medium.
Its about the attitude from some "elitist" plastic groups towards paper modeling in general.
The fact that they do not recognize that they already use a myriad of other materials in their "plastic" creations irks me more than anything.
and I have fun "scaring the kiddies" when they use the word plastic here.
