I'm really looking forward to the running of the Bloodhound SSC next year.
I think its one of the best looking LSRs in a long while.
Although I love the accomplishments, I didn't like the look and styling
of the last two Thrust cars.

But can you imagine going more than 1000mph?!!!

I couldn't wait to try a koolwheelz version!
As soon as I finished the Burt Munro Indian, I started on the Bloohound SSC.
But I wasn't sure if it was going to work as a koolwheelz model.
I think this has to be the biggest LSR to date?
And to keep it in scale, I was unsure if it would work as a single page model.

So the challenge was to simplify it down to as few parts as possible.

And, this is the result...

Final length of the model is just over 200mm...about 8"
And I think that keeps it around 1/64 scale.

Its another advanced build...mostly because of the nose.
That pointy, curved, four sided shape, is a pain in the butt to put together!

The model shown in these photos is my second attempt
...and I have made further changes to the final (release) version.

Since the Bloodhound's design and paint scheme has changed a few times,
and the final car has yet to be assembled (and decorated)...
I am using one of the website mockups to place a few decals and sponsors on the model.
I claim no accuracy in that respect.
the final car might look altogether different.

I have to say, its one of my favorite koolwheelz models to date.
It was a lot of fun to design and I think it looks great (for a single page model).

...
Next step is to finish the Indian Scout and Bloodhound model pages
and get them added to the download section!
I'll post an announcement as soon as they are ready.
