Just for grins, I thought I'd show how this vignette went together. Started with the K1A1. Changed the camo green to bright green and the tan to red and added insignias.
I used the flat axle from Josh Buczynski for the rotating turret. Using a straight pin would have worked, too, but ... BTW, the spacers under the turret are insufficient. The back end of the tank is higher than the attach point, so glue the spacer circles to cereal box card before cutting them out.
