I've about finished designing a COLORED model of the Hunt Type 2 escort destroyers. This one is L03 (HMS Badsworth and then) RNoMS Arendal in its 1945 configuration with the radar tower in place of the searchlight platform. Everything seems to be going together very well, with only a few very minor corrections needed.
I've got the hull assembled, and the main components of the superstructure. I'll post photos over the weekend.
The prototype scale is ... wait for it ... :-) ... 1:371 ... Fit to Page on an A4.
I'm going to resume finishing work on my book of 30 WW2 paper model warships, and my older daughter back in the States says she'll handle sales and shipping.
My 7 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter over here are coming down to Flateby for the weekend too. Later, guys.
