Hi Ricleite, beautiful clean work. I see the risk you mentioned and to mitigate the problem, laminating each of the inside joining segments to make them stiffer as to allow exercising some pressure during the mating process, could be a solution. In any case, the seems aren't visible so your work is just perfect!
