Yeah I've used to to hold broken parts like power plug on laptops and also to replace the rubber feet when lost off of the bottom of them.
Of course I've heard it glues small wood parts very well........
I used to make tiny wooden Christmas ornaments, that's how I got my first Hot Glue gun way back in the late 70's............ still the best one I ever had.
