GIL, this is not an alu and even more not of that thicknes. You thought it was baken alu foil? No, that's tin metal from hair spray cans.

I did not told how all was made and performed. Well as far as I understood this is "unique" way ))) (not showing off remember lol ))). I used the Rhinosceros "squish" feature to make patterns from 3d to 2d. Then just build a "cardboard buck" to make the shapes alignments. Just an old good school of metal shaping. Also, i was amused how precise the Rhino made that patterns. The "orange"
part with marked line is what i cuted because of just stretch of the metal while shaping it, but then they were putted together idealy. That line between the trunk and body. And the trunk was build without ready rear part at that time, so nothing was shaped like to fit into the already build one.
