I am not sure whether you are referring to scaling up or scaling down? Not that it should matter here, but surely the multiplier or divisor is 100? If a model is scaled at 1/100, then to retrun it to the size of it's real-world equivalent you would multiply all the dimensions by 100. Alternatively, to scale a real-world item down to 1/100 you would divide any dimension by 100.
