Long-time lurker, first time posting. I've designed the paper version of the 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube. I would like to share my time-lapse build. Do note that I only included videos for each unique piece (so you're not going to see me make all 8 corner pieces:

As you can see, I've significantly improved on the model, and it's no longer "janky" (as I called it in my original video).
