I doubt Toto will revive the site. Since he took it down last, he's moved from Rome to Bologna and is now doing furniture restoration. I get emails from him periodically, so if I hear anything new I'll post an update. His site was a unique resource with a wider reach than Patricia's (Agence Eureka).
There are quite a few paper models on Pinterest if you ever go there. The problem is that they're often only thumbnails grabbed from Castle in the Air or ebay listings. Still it's a good place to start. Here's a link to the page I've created of paper models:
