So the giant Fly 1:33 Avro Vulcan (nearly 1 meter span, 3 ft!!) is getting extremely rare. I had a look at Ebay, and also checked a number of traders here in Europe - traced exactly one copy. It is really large, and the internal construction is as complicated as can be. Over the top, really.
But: just as with large modern architecture, the shape and lines of a model can be shown just as effectively in a much smaller model. Added advantage: much less need for the internal structures.
So this is the question: isn't there anyone out there who would like to answer the challenge?!
