Thanks
I looked around the site I originally posted and found too many uploaded publications with active copyrights so I took down the URL.
Google the heading and you will find many other sites that have less complete collections of the Souvenir de Marine ship plans. The site I found of course will also turn up, feel free to get the out of copyright Admiral Paris drawings from 1882, but follow your conscience when it comes to the pirated material.
There are a lot of plans of Asian work boats in Souvenirs de Marine in case any one is looking for a simple but uncommon subject to model.

Here is a biography of the author
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fran%C...ond_P%C3%A2ris
Where he is now in Pere Lachaise Cemetary
http://www.appl-lachaise.net/appl/IM...e_lachaise.jpg

I found another book by him with many plans and drawings
"Collection de plans ou Dessins de navires et de bateaux anciens et modernes"
https://archive.org/details/essaisurlaconstr02pris
or a cleaner copy, but you have to find your way around a French web page
Essai sur la construction navale des peuples extra-européens, ou Collection des navires et pirogues construits par les habitants de l'Asie, de la Malaisie, du grand Océan et de l'Amérique / dessinés et mesurés par M. Paris,... pendant les voyage

and more of his books are available here, getting them is slightly challenging
Edmond Pâris (1806-1893) - Auteur - Ressources de la Bibliothèque nationale de France

Edmund Paris' collection of ship plans seems to have been a 3 volume set, but only one volume, the 3rd, seems to be available for downloading.
