Made a little tutorial on how to make the landing gear struts in my models.
First I cut out the parts with some extra paper as shown by the green X's on the picture. These extras are not drawn on the model sheet.
Then I roll the struts around a needle first and then roll and glue them a little tighter until I reach the first X-part.
I cut that first part off and continue with the rest. the extra part allows you to keep the paper strips aligned and under light tension.
At the end I just remove the last X-part and the strut is finished.
That was an easy one after all.

But... while juggling with the camera and the other tools I managed to get myself a "purple hurt" with this tutorial. My Xacto slipped from one hand to plant its point into the other. Is this nature telling me that this scale is getting too small for me? ..... Naaaaah
