Got this monster last week from JSC.
She is at 1;400 scale and will build to a length of 1140mm or 44.9 inches
21 sheets of parts at A4 size
1520/2366 parts
graded 4-difficult.
instructions in english and polish.
lasercut parts are also availible but the wire parts to make pipelines are not included.
This is going to be huge and as there are build threads on forun on this subject will not go into too much detail.Will mention that because of size of ship the hull construction is totally different to any previous jsc methods.Technical description is Kit kat
At the time this was the biggest ship ever built to the point she was cut in half and lengthened during construction in order to be bigger than another ship being built elsewhere for different owner.
She started her working life as Seawise Giant and was hit by iraqi missiles during attack in straits of hormuz on 14th may 1988.After the war she was repaired at singapore and bought by Jorgen Yarhe company of Norway and renamed Jahre Viking .After several name and company changes she was scrapped in india in 2010.
