Cool Landing gear struts
The upper nose gear structural assembly has wood dowel that is cut to shape and glued using super glue at the joints. It is then covered up with the card.

and the upper gear is installed

now it is complete and in place

Main gear struts are metal paperclip cores that are wrapped.
