I've been using the Molotow chrome markers for awhile now and they work very well on plastic, but I don't know how they will work on absorbent material like paper. They're available at Hobby Lobby stores If you have one of those near you.

Btw they're kind of expensive ($14 for one pen) but they are the closest to bright chrome that I've found so far.
