I think that you now have a 4 cat family there, as the outside ones have adopted you now!

Save your money for the vet's bills and then have the two outside ones checked and they can then come in and be one family!

We have 4 - but we have also found over the years that 4 are the limit, without them getting stressed and also in terms of being able to give them all the attention they need.
