Kevin, question for you. "parts that need laminating were correctly marked with a single star which, according to the legend, indicates they are to be laminated to 0.5mm card" I've been interpreting that to mean the total thickness of the part after lamination is 0.5mm. Doing it as you are would make the parts about 0.65mm which would really make a difference in build up assemblies. Maybe that's why I have problems sometimes with sub-assemblies not fitting right to the major assembly.
