I've been working on Tekzo's RQ-170 as part of my "Active Service US UAV" project. With his permission, I've begun up scaling and recoloring his design. My first prototype didn't go well. The overall shape was close, but I'm struggling with the internal former's he'd designed and I'd redrawn.

So here's where I come to "designers helping ..." Is there an easy/better way to create internal formers from scratch? do I need to find and pull down a 3d model and create slices from that?
