I remember my first model I posted that got the beat-down for coming from a pirate site. I have also seen other posts where folks pounce on the poor new guy that accidentally posted a model from a less-than-legitimate source.
Piracy is a huge issue and needs to be treated as such. On the other hand, we need to not pounce on new guys.
Make no judgments without compassion. I wonder how many folks have just gone away after they posted a model that they downloaded in error and got pummeled. And sometimes not pummeled, but when they are making some of their first posts, they can be a little sensitive. We need to be sensitive, too.
On the other hand, there are some on the forum that knowingly feed the pirate sites after many communications. They need to be dealt with more firmly.
