Issac I just noticed this tread. I live not far from the address you mentioned and can inquire but I doubt they have the type you're looking for. Last year I was in the same situation and searching around Toronto returned zero UHU, and I don't count those white sticks which are not good for anything.... and eventually ended up ordering couple of tubes on Amazon from the UK. Cost was around CAD 8.00 per tube..
Now I keep those tubes locked up in safe place as part of my retirement plan....
