Isaac - I did say "those of you elsewhere".
Well, if you dont live in the USA, but in Europe, the Far East, Africa, Australasia or somewhere else, postage, duties, tracking etc costs a fortune. And a lot of the forum members here do live in other countries....
From a jewelry supply store here the cost is around 35-40 USD.
From the USA postage to here, plus tracking (because parcels go missing otherwise), plus duty of 15 USD, plus 15% vat would probably mean it costs in the region of 80 USD +/- depending on weight.
