Hi people!

Inspired by the Brent's work (on MiG-17) I start a new project, is a repaint and mods on basic S&P MiG-17 model.

First I made a pattern for made subsequent repaints, the intention is made a version (or versions) for every country or service used MiG-17 around the World.

My focus is made MiG-17F, PF and PFU, after I made Lim 5 and Chendgu FT-5. After a another versions (prototypes, "A" variant...)

Mod and Add ons to made a basic MiG-17F

- add undercarriage (simple version from Der Kampfflieger MiG-17 kit, wheels is from S&P MiG-9 kit)
- fix the canopy (used a mod from Der kampfflieger MiG-17)
- add antenna (from S&P MiG-9 kit)
- add undecarriage doors
- add mirror carenage on canopy, cannon blisters and pipes, and air brake blisters
- add separate tabs for gluing wings and vertcial tail
- add exaust tube and carenage floor on tail
- add a volumetric air intake with optional former

This first test I repaint a VVS machine used in Czechoslovaquia Intervention in 1968. The mod is a pattern for another soviets versions and I start in the next week PF and PFU versions.

In this case the mods are planned:

- Mod the nose with radar carenage on air intake
- Mod the frontal part of canopy
- Add IFF Antenna
- Add the external stores like AA-1 Missiles and fuel tanks.

I ask Roman about permission to use you parts in this Mod, I believe is not problem.
