There are quite a number of files, with no file extension, and with .t extension
More than likely you will need to add a file extension of your own.
once the files have been extracted, right click on the file, and choose rename
on any file with .t just add
if to the end, and click out of it to save it, that should allow the file to be read as a tif file
Same goes for those files with out an extension, just add tif after the period
I have yet to do this myself, but this is the only thing I can think of that is the problem you are running into
