I also encountered the same problem with the rear part of the fuselage on the Canberras!
When enlarging to 1/100 the distance amplifies, I printed entire aircraft at 300% to reach 20 m. lenght of fuselage at 1/100 scale and the rear fuselage at 293% and the problem has solved.
