Hi Miles,
The kitty houses were ordered on line from Amazon by my wife Patti.
They say Ecoflex on the front of the house.
They have a lifetime guarantee.
They are very easy to build and go together with nice screws.
We purchased electric warming pads for them as well, and
have them with polar fleece blankets in the houses.
These kept EBONY and KITTY nice and warm last winter.
