On the ISS, . . .

Even though the International Space Station is the combined effort of many nations all working together, it is mainly Americans and Russians running most of it. The Japanese built a lot of the other equipment, but most other nations primarily send astronauts and experiments as their contribution.
So when Tim Peake arrived, he was disappointed to find that most everyone drank coffee and not tea. He had brought his own tea, but not milk. On his third day he said to Scott Kelly "I can't find any milk for my tea."
And Scott replied "In space, no one can. Here, use cream."
